Area 51

We didn’t see any Aliens but it’s off the bucket list. We were told if you throw a rock or pee across the gate it was a $650.00 fine. You can’t see anyone but they are watching. We took a dirt road to get out and Bob kept watching to make sure we weren’t being followed. He seemed a little paranoid about me doing something stupid. He has a fear of being arrested.

Wyoming: Full Eclipse of the sun, Buffalo herd and Devil’s Tower

I visited friends in Wyoming at the time during a full solar eclipse. The state has a population of less than 600,000 but doubled for the one day. Devil’s tower is easy to see why it is a sacred place. the Buffalo to me are a symbol of what was once a great national treasure that was lost but has been making a come back. The massive herds at one time could take days to pass.

Quito, Ecuador changing of the guard in the Presidential Palace ( similar to the White House in the USA )

In 2019 I stayed over a week in the San Blas neighborhood taking daily walks in the city. The old city was very close and a lot to see. The manager at the hostel I was staying in told me every Monday morning at 10am they have the changing of the guards at the palace. So off I went and it was pretty cool. In the last video you see the new guard heading into the palace.
